Da 'Summary Stats' determines whetha a visitor has been to yo' website before by usin' a cookie, know what I'm sayin'? Dat shit be impossible to be 100% accurate da entire time, but wid da Standard StatCounta Project yo' ass get da best of both worlds n' shit.
